Ready Mix Bond is a single component acrylic-based bonding agent for cementitious materials. It is water-based, specially formulated to enhance bonding properties and improve the mechanical strengths of plaster mixes when incorporated with mixing water. Ready Mix Bond reduces shrinkage cracks during the early stages of cement hardening by minimizing surface water loss in freshly applied mixes. Ready Mix Bond is ideal for use with a variety of sand/cement-based mixes. Ready Mix Bond can be diluted on site with potable water for desired applications.

Clean all surfaces and remove any dust, unsound material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits, or algae. Roughen the surfaces, remove any laitance and expose aggregate by light scabbling or grit-blasting.
Ready Mix Bond tends to soft settlement on storage, and therefore it is recommended to mix the material in the same container before use.
Follow the dilution ratio required for each type of premixed mortar.
Add 3 parts of Ready Mix Bond with 1 part of water. Mix thoroughly to obtain uniform consistency liquid. Add the diluted Ready Mix Bond to pre-blended sand/ cement plaster, mortar, or other dry mixes. Mix for 3-4 minutes using a mechanical mixer at low speed.
Let the mixture stand for 10 min and mix again briefly to achieve a homogeneous lump-free mixture.
As As a bonding agent, Ready Mix Bond is used without dilution. Apply Ready Mix Bond using a brush or spray directly onto the substrate. If using a hand pump, spray at a rate of 8-10 m2/liter.
Immediately, while the bonding agent is still wet, follow by applying plaster, render, mortars or joint tapes, etc.
Note: Ready Mix Bond should remain tacky when applying topcoat finishes
Clean tools with water before it hardens. After the hardening, remove its residuals mechanically only.
