The substrate should be sound, clean, and free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, or any other substance that might impair the product’s bond quality with the substrate.

To ensure proper mixing, use a mechanically-powered mixer or a heavy-duty, slow-speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle. Stir the base (component A) and the hardener (component B) individually to disperse any settling material.

Pour the entire contents of the base and hardener into a container of a suitable size then mix (mechanically) for 2 minutes. Add the Filler (component C) and mix for 3 more minutes until a uniform and lump-free consistency is achieved.

Fill the grout into the joints using a rubber trowel or a handoperated gun and cartridge (clean all joints from excess grout within 80 minutes using a wet sponge).

Clean tools with water before the grout hardens. After it does, remove any residue mechanically.
