Vetoset CA545 is a two-component, cement-based, professional-grade, and highly deformable tile adhesive. The versatile product works well with most tile types and flexible substrates. And is composed of a blend of cement, carefully selected aggregates, special additives, and polymers (These give the product its unique properties). Vetoset CA545 is suitable for internal and external uses (including submerged conditions such as swimming pools and water reservoirs)

The substrate should be sound, clean, and free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing-compounds (or any other substance that might impair bond quality with the substrate). Concrete, hollow blocks, and cement-based substrates must be sufficiently cured and irrigated with water 1 hour before application. Gypsum boards, plasterboards, anhydrite screeds must be sufficiently dry and free from dust.
Add the 7 liter liquid part of Vetoset CA545 and the 20 kg bag to a mixing container. Add the powder to the liquid then mix with a mechanical mixer or a low-speed, heavy-duty electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle for 3 - 4 minutes until a uniform & lump-free consistency is achieved
Apply a thin layer of the adhesive onto the substrate using the flat edge of a trowel. Comb the adhesive with a suitable notched trowel to achieve a bed thickness of 2 - 6 mm. Then place the tiles and press them firmly to ensure proper contact with the adhesive. (It is always better to work in a manageable area that can be tiled within the adhesive’s open time). Leave tiled surfaces for 24 hours before grouting. Note: The adhesive bed’s thickness is directly proportional to the size and thickness of the tile.
